The house has 3-4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms sleeps 8 with 3 doubles, 1 of which is a mezzanine floor accessable by a firemans ladder ( please see pictures), 1 twin and is perfect for a family holiday in the East Neuk.

West Shore - St Monans - Sleeps 6 - 8

PET FRIENDLY 

West Shore sits 20 metres from the Harbour in the fishing village of St Monans in Fife.  It is an old traditional fishermans cottage which dates from about 1600 and is accessed by a narrow pedestrian wynd.  There is plenty of parking space on the harbourside.

It has been fully modernised whilst retaining its traditional character as in the attic sitting room with its beamed ceiling which is where the fishermen used to dry their nets.

The cottage is very well equipped and has a large secluded garden with patio area.

You enter on the middle level which has the kitchen and a seperate dining room which has an open fire for colder nights and down a few steps there are 2 bedrooms one with a  3/4 bed and one with a double bed there is also a shower room with WC and wash hand basin. The upper floor consists of the sitting room which has freeview TV and DVD player. The lower floor has the master bedroom and very spacious bathroom with roll top bath.

Ideal for a family of 6.  West Shore will have WIFI from 23rd February 16.

All Linen & towels are included in the price.

Seaspray is a well presented terraced cottage set over three floors, located in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans in the East Neuk of Fife.

There is a luxurious feel to this cottage and well finished and is ideal for a family or for friends having a get together.On the ground floor you have the well appointed kitchen and dining room which also boasts a log stove for those colder nights the second floor consists of the master bedroom with king size bed and the bathroom which has a stand alone bath and a shower, wc and wash basin, the sitting room is also on this floor and again it boasts a log stove. The third floor has another double bedroom with king size bed and a twin room with 2 x single beds there is also a 1/2 bathroom with wc and wash basin.A couple of yards along there is a lovely decked patio where you can sit with a glass of wine and while away the hours. There is free parking in the car park a few yards from the front door of the cottage

 A delightful 1 bedroom apartment in the scenic fishing village of St Monans, it has been beautifully finished and has a fresh air about it.

The views across the Firth of Forth from the sitting room are stunning and would make for the most romantic break away, ideal for a couple looking to relax and get away from it all. Coastal View sits just beyond the renowned Craig Millar seafood restuarant, there is one bedroom which has a King bed, a shower room and open plan sitting/dining/kitchen, the sitting room has a double sofa bed if there are more than 2 guests, one well behaved dog is welcome.

For larger parties The Deck House is next door so can always be used as an annexe for more guests. Parking is directly outside of the apartment.
