There is no annual fee and you are not tied to any contract.

We make sure your holiday home is clean and presentable to your guests, we provide kitchen complimentaries, bathroom complimentaries and a bottle of wine for weekly lets.

WHAT WE OFFER

We agree all fees with you upfront, we offer advice on the best way to present your holiday home and any legal requirements.

GUESTS

​

Guests are the most important people who without them we wouldn't be in this business, we are the emergency contact for any faults that might occur.

​

We also do a winter factoring service where once a week we do a walk round your property checking everything is as it should be internally and externally, we manage your heating in cold weather we also sign a sheet each week which we leave in your property for you to present to your insurers which helps in getting a reduction on your annual fee.
