Whilst ideal family/group holiday accommodation in its own right, golf fans should also note the availability coincides with two major events as follows:
 

• Fully covers British Open at Carnoustie (19th – 22nd July), 1 hr (35 miles) drive. 

 

• Partially covers Senior British Open at St. Andrews (26th – 29th July), 20 minutes (11 miles) drive.

The villa offers open plan living ensuring guests can spend quality time together in spacious surroundings. The stunning estate offers numerous leisure facilities as outlined below, many of which are available free of charge to guests.

The villa has 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom and all are ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, family lounge with a sofa bed for those extra guests, and an outdoor seating area.

The kitchen in the villa offers a dishwasher, four ring hob, oven, grill, full size fridge freezer, cooking utensils and crockery, and glassware for up to 8 guests.
